Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center offers a continuation of care services in Winona, Wabasha and Houston Counties for individuals who are experiencing consequences because of their ingestion of mood-altering chemicals.  The licensed staff believes that there are clear signs and symptoms of this disease.  There can be a reasonable rate of recovery when the client is motivated and the therapeutic setting is conducive for life changes. In addition, a family component, which might even include an employer, is made available for each client.
