CHILDREN'S MH CASE MANAGEMENT - FILLMORE CO.

FT Children's Mental Health Case Management position in Fillmore County with home office in Rushford. Responsible for coordinating services for children with SED and their families. Individual will work with children/adolescents providing Rule 79 case management services. Work will involve collaborating with area resources/schools/health providers/county agencies/mental health providers. Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in social work (or a related field) plus preferred 2000 hours of supervised work experience.

PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL ASSISTANT or LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center is currently seeking a per diem psychiatric MA/LPN for our Winona, Wabasha, Red Wing, and La Crosse offices. The MA/LPN is responsible for assisting the psychiatrist with back office and administrative duties in the outpatient psychiatric department. These duties include but are not limited to blood pressure checks, height and weight checks, and completing drug interactions. This position works closely with the psychiatric prescribers, other clinical staff, and front office staff. Experience working with chronically mentally ill clients preferred. Experience with electronic health records and being comfortable with working on computer required. Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Minnesota required.

Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center offers a variety of intern and volunteer opportunities. If you are an undergraduate looking for social work or nursing field placement, we offer positions at our Peer Support Network (PSN), Residential, and Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) programming. Our Graduate Training Program offers both master and doctorate level positions in our Outpatient services department. The program offers either practicum or intern placements usually beginning in September and finishing in May. If you are interested in volunteering your time to our agency, we would be happy to hear about your talents to best fit our needs.
