We are seeking a FT (40 hrs) Intake Coordinator in our Winona Office. Best candidate will have 2 years experience and/or technical training. RESIDENTIAL/ARMHS/CSP WORKER

Full Time (35 hour/week including evening and weekend shifts) Position to provide direct service and training in the residential facilities as well as the in the community in Winona County. The focus of the position is to teach and train individuals with diagnosis of serious and persistent mental illness in the basic skills such as budgeting, independent living skills, handling crisis, coping with symptoms of their mental illness, handling benefits, and developing social skills. Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field. Home office site in Winona. Available Immediately.

Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center offers a variety of intern and volunteer opportunities. If you are an undergraduate looking for social work or nursing field placement, we offer positions at our Peer Support Network (PSN), Residential, and Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) programming. Our Graduate Training Program offers both master and doctorate level positions in our Outpatient services department. The program offers either practicum or intern placements usually beginning in September and finishing in May. If you are interested in volunteering your time to our agency, we would be happy to hear about your talents to best fit our needs.
