School Linked Mental Health Services

School linked mental health services are sponsored through a three year grant provided by the MN Department of Human Services. These services are designed to offer a mental health provider in the school. The mental health provider is available to address the mental health needs of children and adolescents with emotional disturbance. The provider is also able to help the family with their needs that relate to their child’s mental health. Additionally, this program offers support for school teachers, principals, and other support staff in the child’s school. This program is offered in school districts in Olmsted, Goodhue, Fillmore, Wabasha, Winona and Houston County.
