Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center has one of the largest Outpatient Therapy programs in the area. We have more than 25 trained, skilled therapist that provide therapy at our offices in Winona, Wabasha, Rushford, Red Wing and Caledonia.
Mental Health Therapy is offered for individuals, groups, and families to address various concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, abuse/trauma/post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and life transition issues. In addition, Psychological testing is offered to determine or clarify a mental health diagnosis or level of functioning. Psychological evaluations can involve personality testing, cognitive functioning, learning disabilities, adaptive functioning, or mental health. In order to receive Outpatient Therapy, you must have a mental health diagnosis by a medical professional.
