The Children’s Mental Health Case Management program provides assistance to children living in Winona and Fillmore counties with severe emotional disturbance. Case Managers assist families in navigating the mental health field including referrals to additional services and programs within the child’s community. The activities are designed to help each child manage their mental health symptoms and remain with his/her family in the community.
