The Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) program is a modified cognitive-behavioral treatment designed for individuals severely impaired by dysregulated emotions, relationship difficulties, impulsive behaviors, and suicidal behaviors. The program aims to help change behavioral, emotional, and thinking patterns associated with problems in living, while promoting the development of the reliance on inner wisdom. The program is offered for adults in Goodhue, Wabasha, and Winona counties. Winona County also offers the program to Adolescents.A screening by a medical professional is required to determine if the DBT program is a good fit for you.
