Child Parent Psychotherapy is an evidence based intervention program for children under the age of  6 years old who have experienced traumatic events and/or experiencing mental health, attachment or behavioral problems.  The therapy sessions include both the children and their parent(s) or caregiver(s).  The goal of Child Parent Psychotherapy is to support and strengthen the relationship between the child and his/her parent(s) or caregiver(s) to restore the child’s behavior and social functioning.

Child Parent Psychotherapy is funded by a grant. A requirement of this grant is to  bill your insurance first and whatever remaining balance is left, will be covered by grant funds. Therefore, there will be no charge.
