Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug use problems, marital problems, eating disorders and severe mental illness.  CBT is designed to help patients understand the thoughts and feelings that influence behaviors.  CBT is a short-term treatment that helps consumers deal with a specific problems, and is offered to adults, adolescents and children.  The program is offered at all clinic locations, including Winona, Wabasha, Red Wing, Rushford and Caledonia offices.
