The Outpatient Mental Health Services program provides a variety of Psychotherapy Services for individuals directly, within their families, and within groups.  We provide outpatient diagnostic and assessment services for anyone with a mental health, behavioral, emotional, or developmental concern. In addition, services are available for individuals with any mental health condition.

Our organization provides several specialty therapy services including:

  • Circles of Security (COS)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Incredible Years Child and Parent Programs
  • Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
  • Psychological Evaluations
    • Including diagnostic assessments for:

      • Autism Spectrum Disorder
      • Developmental Delays
      • Adaptive Difficulties
      • Depression
      • Bipolar Mood Disorder

Mental health professionals also provide mental health consultation to organizations and agencies that represent a variety of disciplines.  Outpatient Mental Health Services are available to individuals, birth to senior citizens, at our clinics in Winona, Caledonia, Wabasha, and Red Wing.

Yes we do.  The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an employer sponsored service designed to assist employees and their families in finding help for emotional, mental, family, health and substance abuse problems.  The program is confidential and voluntary.
