Kathryn Adams, MA, CEC is an outpatient therapist specializing in healing trauma and rebuilding negative belief systems through reprocessing therapy and strengths-based discovery. She is also an executive coach, helping individuals discover and remove barriers to their own authentic and unique potential, success, and happiness. Ms. Adams employs positive psychology, reprocessing tools, and a family systems legacy perspective to help individuals heal, learn, grow, and change. Ms. Adams joined the HVMHC team in 2023, completing her internship and clinical training in the outpatient program. She holds a master’s degree in Career Development, a Post-Master’s Certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a Certificate in Executive Coaching. Kathy loves rural life, residing on a small acreage populated with various wild and domestic critters. She finds adventure with her very active family and is always interested in finding new trails to explore with her pups. An avid lover of the road trip, she loves to travel, discovering the history and hearing the stories of those she meets along the way.
