Comprehensive Assessment
A Comprehensive Assessment is an in-depth evaluation intended to determine whether an individual has a substance use disorder(s), to determine whether there is a need for substance use disorder treatment, and to determine the appropriate level of care necessary to treat the substance use disorder.

Telehealth Comprehensive Assessments can also be completed in-person at our Caledonia, Red Wing, Wabasha, and Winona clinics, or from the comfort of your own home
