
Winona, Minn – May is Mental Health Awareness month and Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center (HVMHC) is celebrating with a Self-care Blackout Bingo challenge.
Beginning May 1 participants can pick up the Self-care Bingo challenge cards at any of the participating businesses throughout Goodhue, Wabasha, Winona, Houston, and Fillmore Counties. Each card has 25 self-care challenges for participants to complete in May.
After completing the challenges participants should drop off their completed Bingo card at any HVMHC Clinic location by June 5. Every participant completing the Self-care Bingo challenge will win a water bottle and be entered into a grand prize massage drawing. There will be 3 total massage winners.
