Winona Peer Support Network (PSN)
Our organization provides a comfortable and safe space for adults to socialize and support one another, while emphasizing mental health. PSN is a “drop-in center” model that promotes recovery and growth to help individuals meet life’s challenges and set goals for the future. There are scheduled group activities and sessions which allow individuals from the community who are interested in interacting with, other community members, staff, volunteers, peer support specialists, and university interns.
You do not have to be a Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center (HVMHC) client to stop by the Peer Support Network (PSN). PSN is for all adults 18+.
Red Wing Peer Support Network (PSN)
The Red Wing PSN is located inside of the old armory building. Look for the sandwich board outside on the sidewalk.
You do not have to be a Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center (HVMHC) client to stop by the Red Wing Drop-in Center; the program is open for all adults 18+.

Wabasha Peer Support Network (PSN)
The Wabasha Peer Support Network (PSN) officially opened on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. We are now open every Tuesday & Thursday from noon until 4:00pm. You can access the PSN off Milligan Avenue, Hiawatha Drive, or you can come through the hallway off the Broadway Avenue entrance. There’s parking in the Broadway Avenue parking lot, on Milligan Avenue, on Market Street, and on Hiawatha Drive. We are also on the bus line and there is a stop at our building.

Tuesday: 12:00pm until 4:00pm
Thursday: 10:00AM until 2:00pm

Caledonia Peer Support Network (PSN)
The Caledonia Peer Support Network (PSN) officially opened on Friday, March 21, 2025. The Caledonia PSN is open 10AM-2PM the 1st & 3rd Fridays in 2025. As of January 8, 2026, the Caledonia PSN will be open on every Thursday from 12pm-4pm.
Caledonia PSN Schedule:
December 2025 – 1st & 3rd Fridays – 12/5 & 12/19: 10AM until 2PM
Starting 1/8/2026: Thursday 12PM until 4PM
