Outpatient SUD Treatment Program

The Outpatient SUD Treatment Program at HVMHC provides individual and/or group counseling for individuals diagnosed with a substance use disorder(s). The program is designed for those who need support in managing their substance use disorder(s), but who cannot take a leave from work, school, or other responsibilities.

Outpatient SUD Treatment is offered in-person at our Winona and Caledonia Clinic locations.

In-person group SUD Counseling at the Winona Clinic is held two days a week – Monday and Thursday from 3pm- 5 pm

In-person group SUD Counseling at the Caledonia Clinic is held two days a week – Monday and Wednesday from 11am – 1pm

Individual SUD Counseling via telehealth can be made through all four HVMHC clinic locations (Caledonia, Red Wing, Wabasha, and Winona) and can be completed from the comfort of your own home.
