Sally Blume

Sally joined Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center in 2011 as part of the Children’s Community Based Services team. She is now the Director of Integrated Behavioral Health. Sally holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Winona State University and brings over 23 years of multi-disciplinary experience across various Human Services settings.
