About
A city girl with a small-town heart from Minnesota, I find joy in crocheting, cooking, and bike rides— simple pleasures that keep me grounded.
Trained in trauma-informed care, ACE, de-escalation techniques, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and Love and Logic, I am a collaborative and passionate team player. With nearly four years of experience supporting teenage girls in their mental health journeys, I have developed strong skills in building empathetic relationships, leadership, and ethical mentoring.
My role as a Housing Support Assistant at Hiawatha Mental Health Center has only deepened my passion for serving individuals facing mental health challenges. I am eager to bring my experience and dedication to support clients and contribute as an ARHMS worker at Hiawatha Mental Health Center.
