Sally Blume

Sally joined Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center in 2011 as part of the Children’s Community Based Services team. She is now the Program Lead for Mobile Crisis Response. Sally holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Winona State University and brings over 24 years of multi-disciplinary experience across various Human Services settings.
