Winona, Minn – This May, Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center (HVMHC) is proud to host a community-wide Shoe Drive as part of our ongoing Monthly Giveback Program. Each month, we identify a specific need across our service area and, with the help of our communities, staff, and clients, collect essential items to support individuals and families throughout the region.
For the month of May, we are collecting gently worn, used, and new shoes of all sizes and types. Whether it’s a pair of sneakers you no longer wear or boots your family has outgrown, your donation can make a meaningful difference. At the end of the month, all collected shoes will be distributed to organizations and individuals across the five counties we serve: Fillmore, Houston, Goodhue, Wabasha, and Winona.
Donations can be dropped off at any of our clinic locations in Caledonia, Red Wing, Wabasha, and Winona throughout the month of May. With your support, we can help ensure that members of our communities have access to something many of us take for granted—a good pair of shoes.
Together, we can step up for our neighbors.
