The Southeast Minnesota Community Mental Health and Wellness Conference is an annual event designed to bring community members together to learn, connect, and support overall mental wellbeing. Whether you are seeking resources, looking to better understand mental health, or supporting someone in your life, this conference offers a welcoming space for education and connection.

Providers, advocates, and community partners are also encouraged to attend and share this opportunity with those they serve.

This year’s theme, “Breaking Silence, Building Strength,” focuses on raising awareness, providing practical tools, and reducing stigma around mental health through open conversation and shared experiences.


What to Expect

Attendees will experience a full day of engaging and informative sessions, including:

  • A keynote presentation on finding hope and strength through shared experiences
  • Breakout sessions offering practical tools for stress, resilience, and mental wellness
  • A panel discussion on co-occurring conditions and healing together
  • Training opportunities, including overdose response education
  • Conversations centered on lived experience and recovery
